Case 1:

Twisted ovary and tube , nulliparous, left side dermoid

Lap fidings: Blue black twisted adnexa

Management: untwisting , removal of dermoid cyst and leave adnexa behind

Case 2:

Twisted ovary and tube, unmarried

Lap findings: Blue , black TO mass

Management : untwisting , colour does not return,  gangrenous, Salpingo-ophorectomy done.
