Who all should attend?

Those who want to start doing hystero-laparoscopies.
Those who have started doing diagnostic procedures but want to progress to operative procedures.
Those who are ahead doing some level 1 or 2 operative procedures and want to advance to higher level & improve technique.
Those already performing advanced procedures but would like to share experiences to further enhance their skills and get another experts’ perspective/ approach.
You should get whatever you can, from watching an experienced colleague do the same procedure.
Laparoscopy
The registered delegates will have opportunity to wash up in the following different cases subject to availability as below:
1. Diagnostic Laparoscopy
2. Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy
3. Laparoscopic myomectomy
4. Laparoscopic adhesiolysis
5. Laparoscopic oopho rectomy
6. Laparoscopic hysterectomy
7. Laparoscopic management of endometriosis
8. Laparoscopic radical surgeries & lymphadenectomies
Endotraining sessions will include (Hands on training)
Laparotrainers (laparoscopic simulators)
• Diagnostic Laparoscopy
• Suturing training
• Suturing practice on animal tissue
Course Objectives
1. Safe entry methods & creation of ports
2. Develop & Improved “hand-eye co-ordination” skills
3. The normal & altered anatomy in pelvic disease
4. The appropriate steps of the procedures conducted
5. To prevent, diagnose & manage complications
6. The stack with trouble shooting issues
Hysteroscopy:
The registered delegates will have opportunity to wash up in the following different cases subject to availability as below:
1. Diagnostic Laparoscopy
2. Hysteroscopic polypectomy
3. Hysteroscopic myomectomy
4. Hysteroscopic synechiolysis
5. Hysteroscopic tubal canulation
6. Hysteroscopic septum resection
7. Hysteroscopic lateral metroplasty
Endotraining sessions will include
Hysterotrainers (hysteroscopic simulators) (Hands on training)
• basic hand eye coordination
• office hysteroscopy using mechanical instruments in animal models
• hysteroscopic resections on pig bladder
Course Objectives
1. Correct uterine entry & orientation
2. Improve hand-eye intra-uterine co-ordination
3. Appropriate handling of the hysteroscope, operative instruments and resectoscope
4. The steps of a hysteroscopic approach to the operative procedures
5. To prevent, diagnose and manage hysteroscopic complications
6. Hysteromat & equipment with troubleshooting issues
Note: Operative sessions will depend on availability of cases during the course period and the trainees experience and ability.
